Mama & Baby Yoga

Wild Mamas postnatal mama and baby yoga classes are set in a comfortable and supportive environment where women can meet other new mamas and enjoy some bonding time with their babies, whilst experiencing the benefits of a gentle postnatal yoga practice. 

The classes focus on rebuilding abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor, whilst helping with any back and neck pain that you may be feeling. Helping mamas to start to regain strength and muscle tone but also relax and heal. Babies are included in the class as much as they would like to be and the class is a safe and comfortable space where babies can be fed, can sleep or diapers changed as and when they need to be. 

Classes are suitable from 6 to 8 weeks postpartum until baby is moving around. If you are unsure when to begin then please speak to your midwife. 

Bring a blanket for your baby to sit / lie on and wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in.
