I've been teaching yoga since 2012 after training at Arhanta yoga ashram in Khajuraho, India. My classes are playful, creative and challenging, with a natural flow that allows students to glide through energetic but graceful sequences. I am extremely grateful for every single class I gets to share and honour any student that allows me to guide them.
I feel honoured to be able to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga to ladies going through their amazing personal journey into motherhood and after having my little baby girl Eve in 2017 I feel that i can bring my own learnings and experiences to every class i teach. I love helping students to adapt to the changes in their body in a positive way, through safe and effective yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. Giving students time and space to connect with their unborn babies is a wonderful experience that I feel very lucky to be able to be part of.
With qualifications in Hatha, Vinyasa and Pre and Postnal yoga, I continue to learn from my numerous teachers, and although i teach yoga I considers myself to always be a dedicated student.
200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate in Hatha yoga with Arhanta Yoga Ashram - India
80 hour vinyasa flow immersion with Mimi Kuo Deemer at Triyoga - London
80 hour pregnancy yoga teacher training with Yoga Mama - London
25 hour Postnatal and mama and baby teacher training with Bliss Baby Yoga
I have also been lucky enough to take numerous workshops and immersions with international yoga teachers including:
Chris Chavez, Meghan Currie, Kino Macgregor, Rachel Brathen, Ana Forrest, Emma Henry.
Judit and Andor (Mama and Baby yoga)
It is always great to be in your classes, completely feel recharged after (even if i can do two asanas in total due Andor is constantly eating :)
It is also very inspiring how you stay relaxed, calm and focused even when the babies are a bit fussy.
